With events like Powerlifting, Strongman Contest “ The Jon Páll Sigmarsson Classic “ Gunnar Nelson vs. Michael Russell in the Brazilian Jiu Jitzu and many more we are now working an the Icelandic Fitness and Health Expo 2011.

Great news for the Icelandic Fitness and Health Expo fans.

1.Jay Cutler won again in Las Vegas Mr Olympia 4^th time…. He will be posing at the Expo “ Muscle on Fire and Ice “

2. Brian Shaw 2^nd and Stefan Sölvi 4^th at World Strongest man 2010, booth competing at the “ Jon Pal Sigmarsson Classic “

3. Michael Russell will fight Gunnar Nelson in Brazilian Ju-Jitsu (No-Gi).

Dear sports fans, welcome to our web site. We are confident that the Icelandic Fitness and Health Expo will soon be one of the most recognized multisport festivals in the World.

This year our guest of honor is 4 times Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler.  Jay is the biggest name in the World of Bodybuilding today.  We also welcome Monica Brant who is the best known face in the history of the female fitness and health industry.

In the a world of strength we will get some of the World Strongest Men to the "Jon Pal Sigmarsson Classic" event. Names like Benedikt Magnússon, Stefán Sölvi Pétursson, Richard Skog, Mark Felix, Brian Shaw, and Dave Ostlund from the US will be invited.

Powerlifting is a fast growing sport today.  Among the competitors this year are Icelands Auðunn Jónsson and the legendary Brad Gillingham of the USA.  The event will be sponsored by the IPF.

The MMA international field of competitors will be popular.  Gunnar Nelson, an Icelandic prodigy, will be the Icelandic favorite competitor.

The Public Health Conference at Grand Hotel is going to be a big event where John Allegrante Professor of Health Education at Columbia University will be main speaker.

At the Expo you will experience the newest technology in training and nutrition.

Gymnastics, 5k Pump and Run and many more events will be there.
